1. Registration cancellation is permitted more than 48 hours before the program start, and the amount paid will be refunded, minus the electronic service fee only.

2. Within 24 hours of the program start, the amount paid will be converted into a credit valid for use in future programs and will not be refunded.

3. In the event of non-attendance without prior notice, the participant is not entitled to a refund or credit, and the fee will be considered due in full.

Electronic Service Fees

Electronic payment fees imposed by intermediaries will be deducted upon return.
