Contract Conclusion and Online Payment
Once registration and payment are completed online, this constitutes explicit consent to participate in the program in accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions. This constitutes a full commitment to payment. Registration is not binding until payment is made.
Commitment to Public Ethics and Educational Conduct
The participant is committed to maintaining good morals and good manners within the program. The administration reserves the right to disqualify any participant who exhibits inappropriate behavior, without any financial obligation.
Consent to Filming
Participant registration constitutes implicit consent to filming and documentation. Images and videos may be used for documentation and media marketing purposes by the organization, unless the parent requests in writing not to be filmed.
Health and Safety
Participants are expected to be in a healthy and psychological state suitable for the activities. If they have a special health condition, allergy, or social condition that requires attention, they must inform the administration in the "Important Notes" section during registration.
Personal Belongings
The Mujmir Foundation or any of its employees are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings. It is recommended not to bring valuable items to the event.
Quality of Experience
The program administration is committed to providing a quality experience. Should any unforeseen circumstances disrupt any of the activities, the organization reserves the right to modify the program to serve the public interest without liability for compensation.
Parental Notes
Parents are kindly requested to include any special notes or circumstances in the "Important Notes" box during registration, such as health, social status, or special needs, to ensure a safe and informed experience.
